Year, we are pleased to present
Our program.
Cookery Courses take place over from October to April in the next year.
To secure your booking please forward a cheque for 15% of the total amount due, remembering to include your full name and address and preferred date. Booking with a bank card is possible.
If you book for a group of 6 persons for the course, you only pay for 5 - the 6th person is free!!
Course details:
Our cookery courses are centred on our guests and we aim to
develop the particular culinary interests of each member of
the group. Groups consist of between 2-6 guests per day, thus
enabling everybody to enjoy real “hands-on” experience.
Menus are planned one day in advance, with each member of the
course team being assigned a specific task. Detailed recipes
and technical information will be available at all times.
Outline Programme and Timetable:
Courses begin at 9 am
Preparation finishes at 1 pm
While we enjoy the meal you have prepared, we will discuss any
problems you might have encountered and plan the following day’s
programme.
After the work… relaxation. We offer a choice of excursions
and cultural and culinary visits.
